Introduction to Digital Media

I feel that these are all good resources for digital imagining in the classroom. Animoto seems to be a great attention-getter for students. Scrapblog and VoiceThread utilize language. Therefore, it is much more convenient to put words with the pictures. The use of language in the Scrapblog is nice because music can still be used to set a mood for the story. Voicethread, on the other hand, may be a bit more convenience for students because they would have to read the writing quickly, but they can just listen to the story. I feel that this digital media is great for the classroom because it mixes it up for the students so they can have a change from listening to the same teacher teach the lessons day after day.
